We will define the principles that guide you both internally and externally. It’s important to insure that your work reflects the values you want to see...that is, how things gets done. The questions; what do you stand for? What principle, cause, value or purpose would you be willing to defend or devote your life to? And others are answered in this process. The focus of this session can be at the company level or at the individual level.
Creating a Mission Statement
Many times, everyday life gets in the way of truly understanding our reason for being. In this workshop you will be guided to answer powerful life questions and get clear on who you really want to serve, be around and inspire in a positive way. We will explore your gifts, talents, core values and write a clear and inspiring mission statement that defines direction for your personal and work life. Creating a Vision Statement
Access your imagination without limits, create a vision statement. Significant changes or inventions begin with a vision and a vision statement can capture it. Close your eyes, see the vision of what you desire and clarify it with purpose to achieve a result. Using powerful and vibrant words, you will access your imagination without limitations. You will be guided to write a vision statement that includes your physical, spiritual, financial, relationship, career, and emotional well being. A clear vision statement is often the first step to actualizing it. Empower your inspiring vision to realize it's more than just a dream. Creating a Vision Board
Create the visual representation of all of your goals for your career, relationships, finances, lifestyle, etc. In this fun and interactive workshop, we will use art supplies, magazines, photos, words, and whatever you would like to bring your picture to life. This is a fun way to stay on track with your goals in a nontraditional way.
Life Balance Inventory
What’s working and what needs to change? Honestly assess where you are today in order to begin to shift your consciousness to a mindful place. From this mindset, we will create a personal pie chart that reflects the life you want to build, designating "slices" for parenting, relationships, self-care, fun, home environment, work, etc. We will also examine activities in each slice and set time bound goals in these areas.
For many of us, the underlying goal of career management is to create and live a successful life. But what does it mean to be successful? What does it look like? Is it the same for everyone? What are the cultural standards for success? How is success defined at your organization? In your community? We will explore success from the inside out and what success means to you.
Creating High Performance Teams
The focus of this session is on improving performance and reducing conflict among team members. We will provide a roadmap and common language for leveraging differences and navigating through challenges as a team. In addition, begin to increase trust by clarifying roles, gaining insight into problem solving preferences, and acknowledging that there is strength in leveraging differences in how people organize and process information.
Goal Setting and Overcoming Barriers
We will explore the art of setting goals – annual, monthly, daily and discuss ways to insure that they are accomplished successfully. With the responsibilities of our daily routines, it can be difficult to juggle the many things going on. Learn how the little things you do every day can make a big difference in how you feel mentally and physically. Understand what’s draining you, the tyranny of “shoulds” and how to build your support system.
